How long will my order take to arrive? Plus

We know you’re excited to receive your Miokia treasures! Here’s how it works:

Processing Time:

  • We carefully prepare your order in 3–5 business days.
  • For pre-order items, it takes a bit longer (14–30 business days). You’ll see a note on the product page if it’s a pre-order.

Shipping Time:

  • United States: 7–15 business days
  • Other countries: 7–18 business days
  • We’ll keep you posted every step of the way!
How much does shipping cost? Plus
  • Free shipping on orders over $69 USD—our treat!
  • For smaller orders, shipping is just $6.99.

(Please note: If you request a refund, the actual shipping cost may apply.)

Where can I find my tracking number? Plus

Once your order is on its way, we’ll email you a tracking number. You can check your parcel’s journey anytime right here. If you have questions, just ask—we love hearing from you!

Can I change my address after ordering? Plus

Made a little typo? No worries! Email us at [info@miokia.com] as soon as possible.
If your order hasn’t shipped yet, we’ll fix it right away. If it’s already on the road, we’ll do our best to help, but it depends on the shipping company. If the parcel comes back to us, we can resend it (minus return shipping) or refund you.

My order says “delivered” but I haven’t received it! Plus

Do I have to pay VAT? (EU customers) Plus

Good news for our friends in the EU! We cover the VAT for you, so you won’t have to pay any extra fees when your package arrives.

What about customs duties and taxes? Plus

Customs duties may apply depending on your country, and these are the customer’s responsibility. If you’re unsure, your local customs office can give you the details.

How do I return my order?

If you’re not completely happy with your Miokia item, you can return it for a refund within 30 days of receiving your package. Just send us an email at [info@miokia.com] to start the process—we’ll guide you every step of the way.


What do I need to include?

To make things smooth and speedy, please email us with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos or videos showing the issue or defect (if any)
Return Conditions

To make sure everyone gets a fresh start, please ensure:

  • All original tags are attached
  • The item hasn’t been washed
  • There are no scents, perfumes, or cosmetics on the product
  • The item is in resalable condition
Who pays for return shipping? Plus
  • If you ordered the wrong size, color, or product, or simply changed your mind, return shipping is on you.
  • If you cancel before your order ships, there’s no restocking fee—just let us know quickly!
How do refunds work? Plus
  • Please send us a tracking number when you return your item. (Without it, we can’t process your refund.)
  • Once your return arrives and passes our quick check, we’ll process your refund within 5–7 business days.
  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees aren’t refundable.
